Imagine the surprise that will delight your child when they open their very own handwritten letter from Santa Claus himself! You'll get that warm, fuzzy feeling, knowing that you helped make this Christmas extra special for your little one. It will also give them that extra nudge to be especially good.

A Santa letter is the perfect holiday gift for your son, daughter, grandchildren, nieces, or nephews!

Our Santa Claus letters have two features that make them unique:

1. All of our Santa letters are handwritten on a variety of full color Christmas papers and individually personalized to your child. Children living at the same address will not find similarities in their letters that will make them disappointed. Many other Santa Letter websites simply send your child a computer printed form letter signed by Santa. We think your child deserves better than that! Our dedicated professional writers will ensure that your child receives a very special letter, clearly handwritten. All this for only $10.99 per letter (discounts for 2 or more letters. See Order Your Santa Letter for details.) A handwritten letter adds authenticity and gives the letter Santa's magic touch.

2.We will donate 99 cents from the purchase of every Santa letter to children's charity. This year's charity will be announced in November.

You can also have Christmas-themed stickers enclosed with your letter! Children love stickers, and they'll love knowing that Santa not only wrote them a letter but enclosed a special pre-Christmas gift, just for them! Each letter can include 3 Christmas stickers (handpicked by the elves) for an additional fee of $1.00 per letter. Letters ordered in quantity will all have different stickers in them. (Stickers not for children under 3 years old, or pets.)

  FAQ

When will my Santa letter arrive? After we receive your information and write your letter, it will be sent to the North Pole (North Pole, Alaska) for postmarking and mailed from there. (Letters will be mailed to the North Pole starting November 17, 2012. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your letter has been sent to the North Pole. Depending on your location in the United States you will receive your letter within a week of it being sent to the North Pole. You will receive a follow-up e-mail asking if the letter has been received. Please respond to that e-mail to let us know if there are any delivery problems, or what your child's reaction to the letter was. In order for your letter to be postmarked at the North Pole, we must have your child's information by December 5, 2012!! Information received after that date cannot be postmarked in time for delivery before Christmas.

Who is writing the letter? Santa Claus dictates the letters to a qualified team of writers who have over 15 years of combined professional writing experience.

What kind of information do you need? In order for your letter to be most effective, we will need the following information from you (which will be kept private, NEVER sold or shared for any reason): Your name and address, the name of the child, the child's mailing address, the child's relationship to you, special accomplishments, names of pets (specify what kind of animal), description of chimney (or lack of) in child's home, child's questions about Santa, and any other relevant information.

Are all parts of the letter handwritten? Santa Claus writes all parts of the letter in his best cursive penmanship, including the address on the envelope.

What countries are the letters delivered to? The continental United States only.

What languages are the letters written in? English. We hope to offer more languages in the future.

What happens if I order the letter after your deadline? Your money will be refunded. If you order a letter after our December 5, 2012 deadline your letter may not reach North Pole, AK in time to receive the Christmas North Pole postmark. Due to the daily increase in mail volume at the North Pole the closer that it gets to Christmas, your letter may not be received by your child before Christmas. You can order your letter on December 5, 2012 and it will still reach the North Pole in time, but each day after that increases the risk of your letter being delayed by circumstances regarding the mail that we cannot control.

What happens if I ordered my letter early but it is received after Christmas or not at all? Every letter is mailed to the North Pole with delivery confirmation. If your letter was ordered early and was received by the North Pole in a timely fashion but was lost or was delayed for some unknown reason, then your money will be refunded.

  TESTIMONIALS
"The letter was awesome! Whoever writes these letters does such an excellent job. They are very creative and funny! One of the comments I had made was that my son needs to clean up his toys by the fireplace so that Santa would not trip when he comes in. Not only did they mention this in the letter but it was mentioned that he should keep the room clean year round. LOVE IT!! My son was speechless when he got the letter. He is definitely a believer and has even been cleaning his mess up and behaving. He now knows that Santa is watching year round! Thank you so much for making our Holidays a little more special." - YB

"I did receive the letters and they were great. I will be having the Santa letters sent to my children for as long as I can." - S

"The letters were GREAT! I saw (the children who received the letters) right after they got them out of the mail box.  They were yelling that they got a letter from the North Pole and Santa.  They told us exactly what was in them and couldn't believe that he knew the things he said. The four children compared letters and the writing and said that they are real because the handwriting was the same.  We appreciate your service from Santa and hope that everyone has wonderful experiences." - CB

"The children were amazed, not only that they had received a letter from Santa but at the information in it that was specific to them. My child is on the verge of not believing. The day after he received the letter he went to school and told all his friends they were silly for not believing because now he had a letter that proved Santa was real." - D

"Yes, my child did receive her letter....and she couldn't be more excited.  This is the second letter from Santa she has received, but the fact that this was handwritten made it so much more special than last year's. The personal touches are what made this letter so special... Thank you so much!" - AE

"The children were really excited, and were amazed at how Santa knew things that they didn't think he even knew.  But after receiving those letters they have become more inspired to be nicer and more helpful, knowing that he can see everything they do.  I greatly appreciated the hand written letters, and the differences in them, it really set them apart in the children's personality." - DR

"The letter came, last week, right on time. Our child is 6 years old, and we had to read it to him at least 100 times!!!!! His face lit up like a Christmas Tree. He couldn't believe that Santa sent him the letter, and that he knew all about his dog, how he did in school, the street he lived on, and on, and on!!!!!! I had looked at other Santa letters on the web, but yours really stands out. You really go that extra mile, and I can't tell you how pleased I was." - RD

"The kids were ecstatic... jumping around on the couch!  That Santa would write to them personally and answer their questions... it just blew them away.  And I loved the extra touches... the North Pole postmark, the handwritten letter vs. printed, the personal information thrown in for realism.  I will be doing this again next year!  Thanks so much. " - M
